Responsibilities:
- Identify target customers
- Research and obtain prospective customer telephone numbers
- Call the prospective customer and provide information about the company and product to generate interest
- Persuade the prospective customer to agree to an intro meeting
- Booking meetings
- Assisting in the preparation of meetings
- Confirm appointments the day of meeting
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries about the company
- Asking incoming caller specific questions and entering customer responses in customer database
- Handle inbound, unsolicited calls from prospective customers and convert them into sales
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- Overcome objections of prospective customers by emphasizing product/service features and benefits
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Assist the direct manager as requested
- Provide administrative services for the direct manager
Required Qualification:
- Graduated from a minimum 3 year BA or higher in marketing or business
- This is a desk job that requires sales and telephone skills; no travel is required
- Demonstrated ambition and interest
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and self-driven
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel
- Dressed in business formal (female or male)
- Create an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere by being friendly, sociable, sophisticated and intelligent
